Kev provided efficient, accurate and prompt promotion and sales service. Kev saved us considerable advertising costs by unselfishly advising us on a staged process. This was successful due to Kev's accurate pricing on our home and pre clientele lobbying prior to promoting our home in a very short time frame (only a few days before first open home). Our home sold after the first open home! Kev's follow up post sale communication and completion of sale was also of a high standard. Lastly, we had purchased our home from Kev and then sold again by Kev.

After having a dissapointing experience with other agents.. i signed Karl Latham and was blown away at the level of service i received. He went well beyond my expectations and had offers coming in instantly after 6 months of no interest from other agents... when an offer came in above my bottom line that he knew i would accept, he still recommended that i wait and he squezzed more out of that buyer and landed me a nice sale.. The different ness of my house and current market made it a diffucult house to sell and other agents returned with not a single offer and no one attending the auction... a complete non-event.. however Karl Latham targeted the right audience and had offers coming in within 2 wks.
