It's not often that we sell a house so it maked a difference having someone so experienced working for us. Kev was direct, straightforward to deal with and he knew the market well. He listened to our requirements and negotiated a deal that suited them. We thoroughly recommend him.

We were buyers not sellers and although every buyer would always prefer to purchase a property for the least price possible we felt that Kev was quite fair and professional in his overall dealings with us. He is of course very busy but was easily contactable via mobile phone if we needed and was flexible when we also needed him to be with many different issues that can arise with buying and selling. He was knowledgeable and I believe knows the market well and is also realistic. Being first time buyers never did we feel belittled or that we were wasting his time, unlike some agents in Cairns who we would never buy from/sell a house with. As first time buyers it was overall a positive experience and we would ask him to be our agent if we buy/sell a property again in the future.

As first time sellers, we were quite nervous and unsure of the selling process. Kev was very efficient, informative and helpful. He sold our house quickly and at a price we were so happy with.

Should be more like Giles in the industry honest and strait to the point. Thank you Giles for your services.

Kev is professional and acts with integrity. Kev also remained in contact throughout the entire process which ensured everyone knew what stage the contract was at and how it was progressing. This provided peace of mind.

The thing that impressed me most about Giles was that he always did what he said he was going to do. That may sound simple but so many agents 'over promise and under deliver'. Giles was efficient and very professional and he achieved an excellent result for me. I recommend him to you.

We must have looked at 15 or 20 places before finding the right one. Kev was there to help us the entire way. He had great knowledge if what each property would fetch and also kept us in the loop with new properties coming on to the market. If you are in the market to buy i would definitely recommend getting in touch with Kev.
