From the first phone call to arrange seeing the property, right through to settlement, Kev made buying our first home a perfect experience! We were feeling very overwhelmed after a few months of looking but after meeting with Kev he helped us every step of the way and we cant thank him enough! I wouldn't for a second hold back from recommending Kev Twomey to anyone looking to buy or sell, and we'll certainly be looking forward to doing business with Kev again in the future

Shira is the epitome of professionalism. She exceeded all my expectations and provided an outstanding result in a much shorter time frame than I anticipated. In a poorly performing market for unit sales, Shira achieved an outstanding price for my property. She has excellent negotiation skills and a keen eye for marketing strategies. I have no hesitation in recommending her as a selling agent and will use her again in future.

Thanks Kevin for your professionalism with the sale of our property. You were excellent thru the whole process. We were impressed with the way that you handled all negotiations and the speed in which you secured a new contract when the first one fell over due to finance. The Twomey Schriber Property Group gave us the complete service from appraisal, to home opens, to securing a contract, thru to the final sale. thanks again team

We first came across Kev at an open house and he impressed as a very well organised and focused individual. When it was time to sell, we sat down with Kev and we had a straight conversation about the sales process and our expectations. Straight away we knew that Kev would work for us in ensuring we maximized our selling price. Kev has that rare ability to communicate with both buyers and sellers, to tell them the facts whilst maintaining a strong rapport. Selling your home is a stressful time, but Kev and his team worked tirelessly to ensure the sales process went smoothly and we achieved the price we wanted!

Honesty and no nonsense was what I liked best about Giles' service. His professionalism was welcome after previous agents not delivering or genuinely caring about the sale of my property. I will be using Giles' services for future property sales and recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their house and receive accurate information regularly.
