Great work ethic. Changed marketing strategy when interest falling off. Calm and professional at all times. Managed my expectations on price with aplomb. Organised styling, repairs, garden and landscapers. All were good. I don't think the property could have been better presented without overcapitalising. Advertising strategy effective. Kept going back to potential buyers and kept me informed of their input. Probably achieved the best price I could have reasonably hoped for.

The first impression that is readily obvious is the clear understanding and empathy that is conveyed about the reasons for the transaction from both the sellers and buyers perspective It was plain to see there was emotional investment on her behalf providing us confidence in the process of selling our property.
