What really stood out for us was Tims’ consistency. We were guided through all the scenarios methodically and concisely, ( which being in a sales role myself I really appreciated). Nothing was too much trouble and Tim always responded clearly, honestly and articulately without superlatives or shallow platitudes . Tim has the non verbal and verbal communication skill set that sets him apart from ‘salesy types’ and he adapted to our individual styles of communication with ease and professionalism.
