Rachel sold one of our properties 25 years ago when she first began in real estate. She achieved a result we’re happy with. It was just a block of land. The contract was within a week of listing. ✅ We haven’t needed an agent since, but it is why we invited her to appraise this time around. Rachel went above and beyond what we would have hoped for with any real estate agent. She has raised the bar significantly and will be the only agent we will consider or recommend moving forward. Our property was tenanted and needed a little spring clean before it was listed. When our tenant moved out Rachel was ready to go with a timeline in place of the various jobs to be done and they were executed with precision. (Cleaners, water pressure, paint touch ups etc). She suggested the property be staged. 100% agree it was worth the investment. The staging was bumped in almost immediately after the above works were completed. Photography the next day. Boom ready for listing. Our property presented beautifully - both online and in real life. ✅✅✅ When we interviewed other agents not one of them said they could arrange all of this, but rather made us feel like we had to organise it all, which can be daunting. An untenanted property means no rent coming in. Time was of the essence. It was also nearing Christmas which comes with other challenges. We received an offer on the first day via a video walk through. One on the second day from an actual walk through - the offer we accepted. We still went through with the first open home just to see and also received an offer that day. The offer we accepted was conditional upon the sale of a property which naturally posed some concerns. Rachel was also able to secure the listing of said property which was great for all parties involved. While we did grant some extensions, everything fell in to place because Rachel helped us believe we should trust the process. Rachel Blok and her team are absolute superstars! 🌟🌟🌟
