When researching my choice of an agent, Tims reputation spoke for itself, and his professionalism was head, shoulders and chest above the rest and was noticeable from our very first conversation. Tim was consistent throughout the process and personal in his approach. Since I was selling from interstate we face timed for our initial consult and he was accomodating working within my availability and with the time difference. Tim found the balance of providing me with all the necessary information that I needed and it never felt like he wasted a minute of my time telling me what I didn't need to know. The initial consultant gave me confidence that he would keep me updated throughout the process. Tim recognised that I would call a spade a spade and his honest upfront approach gave me huge confidence I was in safe hands and I trusted he would be upfront and honest with me. The communication was clear at all times and the speed with which he moved was amazing. The unit was listed on the Thursday, the viewing happened on the Saturday, I had a choice of 3 offers on the Monday and the contract was signed on the Tuesday. Tim not only achieved the price we had agreed on but he also negotiated terms better than I expected in response to the building and pest conditions.
