Rachel was the original agent for the purchase of my home and just by chance she ended up being the selling agent for the property eight years later. When I realised that it was Rachel, it was an easy decision to make after my interactions with her as a purchaser. Both as a buying and seller, Rachel could not have made it any easier. I found her to be very efficient and there was always open communication. Rachel responded to any of my requests immediately and I never felt that I had to chase my agent for anything. In most cases she was ahead of the me and had the answers at hand. This was very helpful as I work over six hours away and I was not always available in person.
