Rachel was the only agent we considered when selling our home. We have bought through her and sold land with her in the past and the experience has always been excellent. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable and well prepared and most importantly, did not pester us about signing up with her. She waited until we were ready and gave us some great ideas as far as the presentation of our home. The arrangement of the online advertising was excellent and very eye catching, a big factor in us being able to achieve our desired sale price. During our long hunt for a home in the Northern Beaches of Cairns we encountered many agents. Shira was most definitely the best of the bunch!
