Tim is a very pleasant person, very professional and obviously loves doing what he is doing and making a great success of it too! I only had the pleasure to meet with him once whilst looking as I bought the one and only property I saw with him! However he followed up and kept in contact and was only to happy to meet me at the premises to hand over the keys and show me the ropes of the apartment complex. So much nicer than me calling at his office! Would highly recommend Tim if you are selling. I know I would definitely utilise his services if I were selling
