As remote owners we were looking for a reliable RE Agent who was a good communicator, proactive and knowledgeable on the local area. Tim turned out to be all that and more, he was very helpful to us during the marketing process and was always wanting to know if there was more that he could do. If you are looking to buy or sell property in the Cairns area, then Tim is your man. Thanks Tim for a great experience, cheers Tony & Mandy

From the start Karen has given us sound and realistic advise about the Cairns market. She has also given us good, reliable support throughout the whole process. Through Karen's efforts we've achieved a very pleasing sale price in a relatively short time.

Karl's knowledge of the market was spot on. His advice, marketing strategy and industry contacts made for a very smooth process and delivered a fabulous result. The communication with him and the team at Twomey Schriber was always professional. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, even well after office hours. I highly recommend Karl. He will be my agent of choice for any future property sales.

Karl provided exceptional assistance to us as interstate buyers. He was happy to do a video walkthrough of the house and provide all the information we needed. Very happy with our purchase and all dealings with Karl and Twomey Schriber.

Pauline was excellent throughout the process of selling my investment property. It was on the market for just 6 days! Her advice was sensible and helpful. She organised a couple of jobs to present the house even better and helped me choose a staging company. The house looked stunning and I got a great offer less than a week after listing. Thank you Pauline
