But thanks to Karl he made that desicion so much easier also being a single mum, he did not question or degrade me in any way, It was so comfortable and reasuring that I was making the correct choice in buying my house and I am still happy with the purchase with my now forever home. I would recommend Tim to any buyer or seller in the Cairns property market. Tim has great communication skills and keeps the seller up to date with any interest in the said property for sale. We presented Karl with a property tenanted until October, that we wanted to sell, so we were unsure if a sale would be possible. Karl developed a three phase plan for us to achieve a sale, we really believed we would have to wait until the lease ended. However, Karl sold the property off market within two weeks, for a higher price than we expected, and with he tenant in place. We wouldn't have asked for more, the process was seamless, communication between parties was amazing and all expectations were exceeded.
