Highly recommend

We used another agent for 3 mths before going with April. That agent did not give us all that was promised in the marketing contract, ignored several of my emails during that time, and tried to pressure me into accepting offers I was not happy with. Dealing with April on the other hand was an absolutely satisfying experience that could not be faulted. Plus a sale was achieved in 4 weeks (3rd open inspection)! I loved the well written and detailed description of the property and photos. Also on the 2nd viewing of my property by the buyer, she took them for a tour of the rec club. She works above and beyond and really cares.
