The place sold for a great price, pretty quickly. We all think we know about selling real estate, then you talk to Craig about it, and that's a real eye opener. Everything he and Karen suggested and shared was spot on. A friend of mine said that I should talk to Craig about selling my house. I'd spoken to anther Agent but that wasn't working out. Craig came and gave me some pointers to get a better price. First week it was on the market Craig and Karen ran an open house. They brought me four offers on the same day and sold it for way more than I thought.
