Jorgia’s strong work ethic, efficiency, and attention to detail have helped her build strong client relationships with both owners and tenants. Starting in Admin in 2018, her skills have grown immensely, and you can trust that your property is maintained to the highest of standards. As a Property Manager, Jorgia enjoys the day-to-day challenges that come with the job and finds the key to successful relationships is maintaining good communication with both the owners and the tenants. I believe Umbrella Realty has offered me the tools to expand and grow professionally and to further maximize the potential of my client's homes and investment properties with strong marketing strategies and a continued commitment to excellence. Jorgia has lived in Bunbury her whole life and is very knowledgeable about the current rental market. She is also aware of the market trends and changes and will ensure these are applied to your property.

About Lisa

Lisa started her real estate career in an agency as a receptionist in 2013. Lisa moved quickly from Reception to Leasing and then into an assistant property manager's role. She found the complexities and challenges of Property Management to be her forte. She then went on to study real estate to gain her licence and commenced working as a Property Manager. The joy of ensuring that owners investments are well looked after and the value of the property thus being maintained. Lisa loves the fact that no two days are ever the same. During her spare time Lisa loves spending time with her husband Craig and their children exploring the south west.

Excellent service

I rented an apartment through this Agency, and everything was professional, timely, efficient and well communicated. Highly recommended team who always made sure I was kept in the loop during the sale process (unit was sold whilst I was renting), and the team always asked before any viewings, or other access was needed. Great work to all, it was a pleasure dealing with you !!

Helpful staff

Rented a property for almost 2 years under Umbrella Realty. The agent and staff were so helpful and easy to reach out. They are really good in handling things both for the parties. Just finished our project in the area and i have to give up the place. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Absolutely amazing realestate

I was 20 when I applied for my first house with umbrella realty. I am a mum to a 8 year old girl. It was our first house and the experience I got from the real estate was absolutely amazing. From house inspections and changing dates to going through covid and having times where I couldn’t pay the rent and it was never a problem. Jorgia Whitman was the lady who organised my property and honestly I couldn’t of asked for a better agent. Happy to ever answer my questions. Honestly I’m very sad I’ve had to move on and will never forget my first home and the experience I got from umbrella realty. Makes me nervous going to any other real estate!! Thank you!!
