I was 20 when I applied for my first house with umbrella realty. I am a mum to a 8 year old girl. It was our first house and the experience I got from the real estate was absolutely amazing. From house inspections and changing dates to going through covid and having times where I couldn’t pay the rent and it was never a problem. Jorgia Whitman was the lady who organised my property and honestly I couldn’t of asked for a better agent. Happy to ever answer my questions. Honestly I’m very sad I’ve had to move on and will never forget my first home and the experience I got from umbrella realty. Makes me nervous going to any other real estate!! Thank you!!

The team at Umbrella Realty (Celestine and Jorgia) were not only professional but really honest nice people! When we decided to have Umbrella Realty manage our property they were very prompt in creating our ad and getting it up online, they had an excellent understanding of the positive aspects of our property. The ad was excellent and we had a large turn out and a tenant was secured. The staff were professional and friendly. The girls also went beyond their duties in answering my many questions. I would like to thank Celestine and her team for taking on our investment property. From step 1 of assisting me with a rental appraisal through to getting the tenant in and now managing the property, the whole experience has been very smooth. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The property got listed within minutes of we providing them the information and had a tenant not long after.
