Chris and Kim did a great job to sell our home, there were good negotiations - Chris got the price we went back with, we're very happy with the result. As a retired real estate agent I am very critical of the need to select the right agent, as previously President of Coffs Harbour division of the Real Estate Institute for five years, I realise you need to select an agent who understands who he is working for - the vendor.
