We met Kim at an open house and she impressed us with her honesty and good humour so when we decided to put our home on the market we didn’t hesitate to approach Kim. Kim and Chris gave us a realistic appraisal of our property and understood all of our requirements for sale. We were away from home for 6 weeks and Kim organised open houses and gave us very prompt feedback. The Unreal team also provided regular feedback on market interest in our property. Kim was very happy to provide additional information and inspections for prospective buyers. In the end we were able to achieve our asking price which we are very happy with.
