Kim was fantastic right from the start in understanding our needs and not bombarding us with properties that were unsuitable in our criteria. Kim is a lady who you feel comfortable with and can trust. Nothing was too much trouble and she was able to answer any questions that we put to her. She showed compassion and understanding to the elderly vendor which we were both touched by. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
