Fantastic Agent
I would highly recommend Kim to anyone who is looking to sell their property. Kim is very approachable, confident & friendly with a sound knowledge in real estate. At all times we were updated on all aspects of the selling process, including an in depth report on what other buyers thought after viewing our property. Exceeded expectations
Kim was absolutely amazing!! As a first home buyer the whole process is rather daunting, and I was always wary of real estate agents because I thought they would simply say anything to make a sale. However Kim was the complete opposite. Instantly put me at ease and held my hand the whole way through.....very approachable, informative and most importantly contactable. Always answered my calls, questions and concerns with clarity and promptness. Thank you very much Kim. When we sell in 10yrs time she will definitely be our realtor
