Kim’s attention to detail and professionalism exceeded our expectations. We had the property listed with another company for over nine months...and she sold it ..in just four weeks! Plus she achieved a price we were very happy with. As we are in Sydney and meeting face to face was impossible, her excellent communication skills gave us confidence at all times (Did I mention this was during the Covid-19 lockdown!!!). We enthusiastically recommend her to anyone selling a property in the Coffs Harbour region

Chris, Kim and the Unrealestate team, are absolutely fantastic. The customer service, friendly manner of all the staff was outstanding. Chris and Kim really know the market, gave us sound advice and found us a buyer that we hope will love our home as much as we have. I would highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them again for sure if we ever need to!

Kim has been super helpful, understanding and reliable through our whole experience. From start to finish Kim has been at the end of the phone ready to answer any questions we had and find the answer as quick as possible. Can’t recommend Kim and her efficiency more highly.

We found Chris and Kim to be professional, genuine, empathetic and I could tell they instantly understood that this was an emotional sale for Dad and they made sure, even though I was representing him, that they engaged him as much as possible. Chris provided us with a realistic pricing appraisal and strategy – his approach was spot on and ultimately delivered us with the best case scenario house sale – one open house, several offers and acceptance of offer, all in ONE DAY - Oh and did I forget to mention, the final price was above our asking price! Thank you Chris. As for Kim - what a truly lovely lady - professional, caring and just an all-round nice person. Kim knew I only had a couple of days to prepare the house and she also knew how exhausted I was – she went above and beyond throughout the entire process offering a level of support you’d expect more from a friend than a business acquaintance. Thank you Kim. It goes without saying we would highly recommend Chris and his team at Unrealestate to anyone looking for a professional, stress free service.
