We have enjoyed extremely successful buying and selling experiences in past years involving the entire Unreal Real Estate Team. Whilst recently selling our current home we experienced nothing but the finest professional service from Kim who was incredibly supportive and alert to our circumstances. Kim assisted us in a very positive way and kept us fully informed of prospects, exhibiting a sound knowledge of the prevailing market and providing us with really expert guidance and support through the selling process including the after sales processes. Her patience, understanding, perseverance and information updates resulted in a timely and fortuitous sale of our property enabling us to move ahead to a new chapter in our lives. We are deeply grateful to Kim for the absolute professionalism and dedication she displayed in selling our home.

Kim has sold a house for me previously and I was so happy with the service that I engaged her services agsin to sell my Mother's house. Again she was friendly, efficient and easy to talk to about a sensitive situation with my mum not really happy about having to move. This made the process so much easier. Thanks again Kim!

Kim was really good, she was honest about the property we were looking at buying and let us know about many of the faults so we wouldn't come across any sneaky hidden things later down the line. I would happily buy another property from her again!

The professionalism was second to none the support that I received was unbelievable due to my circumstances with the loss of my wife and medical problems that I have. I had to move south for treatment and Chris and his team from Unreal Estate took care of my house for myself.

Kim was super helpful when it came to any queries we had about the property from the get go, she provided all extra information we requested almost immediately. She is super professional, kind and approachable all at the same time. I hope in future when it comes to other purchases we get an agent on par with Kim McGinty.

Working with Chris and his UnReal Estate team during recent years has always been extremely professional and rewarding. His knowledge and experience have provided us with timely advice and information and the dedication of Chris and all of his staff have always imbued us with a sense of confidence and assurance derived from our highly satisfied previous experiences in buying and selling property through UnReal Estate. Chris’s own awareness of the different market conditions, and his personal interest in his clients needs, and his ready flexibility and approach to the different issues of the property business has always provided us with the confidence we have enjoyed in dealing with both Chris and the Unreal Estate team as a whole. Consequently we are very grateful to have always been extremely pleased with the outcomes Chris has managed to achieve for us whether in the buying or selling roles of our property over the years. Dealing with Chris and the people at UnReal Estate has certainly been a very rewarding personal type of relationship which we have thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated

Chris could not have been more helpful. Very informative. Although he was selling the property to me, I really felt he was looking after my interests as well. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thank you Chris
