Kim was a really great help when selling our home (and with the purchase of our new home!). Kim is such a bubbly and friendly person, we felt at ease straight away. Kim explained everything in simple terms to us, and kept us informed throughout the process. Kim gave us great advice about the presentation of our home for open homes and inspections, and was so quick at letting us know about any interested parties, with great advice on acceptance of offers. Thank you very much Kim, you really made the whole thing easy, we were super happy with how fast our house sold (4 days!) and the price we got for it. If we ever need to sell again, we will definitely be asking Kim to do it for us.
