From the moment we met Kim we knew we were in safe hands. We had briefed Kim on our requirements and budget prior to traveling to Coffs Harbour as we were transferring from Sydney. Knowing we were working on a limited time frame, Kim showed us places she knew we’d be interested in and provided us with local knowledge of the areas we were looking at. Once we’d decided on the purchase of our house Kim kept us in the loop at all times and answered every query and question that popped up. We couldn’t have been happier with the professional service we received from Kim. She went above and beyond what we expected and she was honest and upfront from the start. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kim to any potential customers and we would be happy to utilize Kim’s expertise in the future.

We have known Kim and the staff at Unrealestate for over three years and purchased our current home through them and now sold our home to upgrade through Unrealestate. Kim has been extremely approachable and easy to deal with on each occasion. She has managed to cater to our needs both as a purchaser and for the sale of our home and manages to maintain a high standard of integrity with all parties involved in the process. We have no hesitation in recommending Kim and the staff at Unrealestate.

Thank you Kim. Kim was great. She showed us a few properties and found us the perfect one. Kim listened to our needs and wants and showed us properties that were within our budget. Kim was great and flexible with organising times that we could return to the property. When we were inspecting the property she gave us time to look and didn’t crowd us and state the obvious, like ..”here is the bathroom” Like some agents do. She was friendly and made you feel comfortable. Kim answered our questions and if she didn’t know she would find out and actually return to us with the answers. I would not hesitate to recommend Kim or Unreal Estate. Thanks again 🏠

We have been dealing with Kim McGinty via email since the day we decided to move to Coffs Harbour 2 years ago. Kim knew what we were looking for in a home and was always sending us new properties to look at while were trying to find employment in the area. As soon as we both found jobs and located to Coffs , Kim was happy to help us find our dream home! She is very professional & always has time to help & is very prompt in getting back to us with answers to all of our questions! Thank you once again Kim for selling us our beautiful home!

Kim was very personable, had vast knowledge of all properties quickly ascertaining what it was that we were wanting and looking for (probably better then we knew ourselves :) ) , always available to assist us even after hours! Kim was kind, patient and understanding and most importantly honest with us from the first moment we met and began our dealings with her. I can't recommend Kim highly enough! Thank you Kim for making this special time in our lives even more enjoyable.
