The agent listened to our story about the historical family ties of our grandparents to the Sawtell community who owned the Cinema and multiple shops in the Main Street. The agent understood the importance of this sale to the family and the house was marketed perfectly with a wonderful historical story in the local papers of the family and the house. The agent listened, took in a lot of the historical facts and used that as a great way of getting people interested. The auction was not easy but the agent was able to secure a price that both the seller and buyer was happy with.
