This really worked and drummed up a lot of interest in the Sawtell community on people wanting to see the house as it is very unique, the agent captured the essence of the place and used that as a large selling point. The agent listened, took in a lot of the historical facts and used that as a great way of getting people interested. The auction was not easy but the agent was able to secure a price that both the seller and buyer was happy with.
