Byron has a very good understanding of the local area, very genuine and understanding agent and would have given five stars if it was for not having told Byron that house did not come with pool compliance certificate. Byron has then told the buyer that it did and after me spending $2000 and a lot a stress. Me as a NSW State Manager in customer relations and customer satisfaction would have offered to even half the cost as he admitted his mistake but nothing was offered. If professional agents like Byron are going to admit mistakes then learn from them and take ownership of them. Apart from that he his a true gentleman.

Some people have suggested to me not to go through selling a property with this new type of realestate agent ,pretty much an unknown way of selling a property I would definitely recommend it as the home sold in a very short period, paid half the commission..was called on numerous occasions by the agent for a debrief, which I found extremely helpful and professional ..so if there are people out there with a negative approach with this type of selling give it a crack you won't be disappointed
