Great experience
I was dealing with Ashleigh Phillips and when she went on holiday Byron came in. Both agents are great and happy with the overall response. Both easy to contact and helpful. Highly recommend them.

A good agent who’s happy to help
Byron recently sold us a property and I was impressed with his level of professionalism and service. He was happy to answer my questions, let us back into the property for multiple inspections, and act as a good liaison between us and the vendor. I would be happy and confident to use him as my agent if I ever choose to sell as I could see he looked after his clients best interests.

I enjoyed working with ASHLEIGH and the Upside Team
Ashleigh sees the outcome for the client very clearly and takes the measures needed to sell clients homes. I noticed that she checked in constantly with me, as the client, to see how I was finding the experience and actively takes steps to rectify any misunderstanding, ASHLEIGH has great communications skills and does this with conversations that support the client and support the Upside Team to get the job done professionally and efficiently. Ashleigh is diligent, caring and efficient at her job of serving her clients in a highly professional manner with her lovely temperament and gentle focus on detail. I could always contact Ashleigh when I needed to and she always made herself available for any concern I was experiencing. Ashleigh sees the goal post and does not stop until she has kicked the winning goal for her client and for the Upside Team. I am impressed that I was delivered such a positive result of selling my home quickly and efficiently for a lower fixed price fee. This was achieved with my agent ASHLEIGH, the Upside Team and their fixed price model.
