We're just an ordinary family who wants to get the best monetary outcome from a house sale. No clue at all of the process. Then comes Darren and the Upside team. I could not thank them enough for helping us maximise our profit. They've done all the hard work from start to finish. Setting up the ads, organizing everything so I could get the best potential buyers on the market. Darren...just a TOP guy in this business. Easy to talk to, flexible and patient for whatever changes we faced mainly caused by Covid. Darren has the knack to choose and negotiate with the buyers to get us the best sale price. What we have received is so much more than what we expect and we're so grateful for that. The Upside team also handles it very well. The FIXED rate agreement was a "game changer" for us as we saved a lot from the agent commission. All in all, we're so happy we had a stress free experience. I am very happy to recommend Donna Catt to any prospective sellers on the Central Coast. Donna was totally professional whilst also being very personable and having a good sense of humour during what can be a stressful process. I am based in QLD and the property sold in NSW which meant having to do everything remotely. I found Donna was a great help throughout, not only from the sales point of view but also including recommending a great conveyancer and contacting and organising tradesmen etc., to fix up the property before going to market. The house sold quickly and Upside Realty's reasonable fixed fee meant I knew exactly where I stood regarding agents fees / commissions. The rest of Upside's team I dealt with were all helpful and organised to ensure a great all round and efficient experience.

Donna is very experienced and has worked hard to get us the best price for our property. She helped us prepare the property for viewing and gave good advice on how to show it off to best advantage. Our property was on the market for 10 days before we had an offer that we accepted. Upside gave us a link to view the campaign progress and arranged photos, a 3D walk through and aerial photos by a drone, all of which we found to be excellent. Their fixed price commission is a real winner, as it is less than half the normal commission asked by other agents. Based on our wonderful experience, we highly recommend Upside Realty to future clients.
