Finally an agent you can trust :-)
Looking for our next home wasn't going to be easy in a high demand market. In an environment that felt like there are buyers-a-plenty and your offer is only as good as the next one, Paul made us feel we were just as important as the vendor. Really easy to talk to, no ego and no games. We'd love to have Paul over for a beer when we move in.

Honest, Highly Professional, Hard Working & Friendly
Words are not enough to express how professional and hardworking James is. He is honest, transparent and such a pleasure to deal with. He loves what he does and it was truly evident in my dealings with him. James sold my Bundoora apartment within 3 weeks of it being listed & prior to auction. Paul was honest, transparent, informative and responsive.
We found Paul Brown to be very reassuring through the whole process of auctioning our premises. He was informative and transparent in all matters, keeping us up to date in all the stages of the campaign. He responded quickly to our questions. The Upside team were also interested and helpful, and the web portal gave us current information and statistics about the campaign so we had a great sense of the interest the property was creating. On the day the auction was run professionally and they discussed the auction process before and during the auction to achieve the best price for us. We had a great sense of involvement in what was happening on the day. The fixed price for the sale meant we knew exactly what we were up for in terms of costs.
