Don't procrastinate, it's a no brainer. James is awesome and he didn't pay me for this review! :)
James had worked in our area for many years. He knows the local market. He is willing to guide and listen to your needs. He did not over quote a price to get the listing to only 'manage' your expectations when you don't get the right price. James sold our home during the worst part of lock down where only private inspections were allowed. He had the energy to arrange over 50 appointments and was very flexible with his time during and after hours. We left our property for him to manage whilst we were interstate. He is also an auctioneer and auctioned our property achieving a price well over our reserve. Upside was recommended to us by friends after the sale of their property. We were hesitant to sign with Upside initially as we couldn't work out why we would be able to sell our home and save over $20,000 in agents fees. Marketing is cheap compared to other providers. We were still listed on all of the important sites. We had a video made. We didn't like part of it. It was altered, no questions asked. What were we missing??? Nothing. Upside have a fully automated product that helps with signing of contracts, tracking buyers and offers etc. It is an end to end service that is easy to use particularly if you are interstate! I have recommended Upside to my family and would not hesitate recommending James to anyone. Thanks so much for all of your hard work during lockdown. Paul will find your perfect house
Paul was fantastic at finding me the perfect property which ticked all the boxes and more.After meeting him at a previous Open House he remembered all the criteria I was looking for,(including my dogs!)and contacted me straight away.He has been extremely professional and gone that extra mile in answering any questions I've had and I'm now looking forward to moving into my new house.Thanks so much Paul!

Paul’s knowledge of real estate and his people skills are second to none. Marie and i have nothing but praise for Paul an know that Jenny and Craig the new owners would feel the same. Good advice on purchase and sale
We had been looking for a house for around two years, James was able to advise us independently on potential purchases and as far as providing property analysis and price estimates. He knew our area well and was prepared to discuss market trends and price range for future re-sale. When it came to selling, as vendors we took James' advice on price and presentation and found his recommendations to be solid. Our sale was above reserve so we were pleased with the performace as auctioneer as well.

Great Agent
From the start to the finish Paul was very professional with great communication skills. We always felt Paul was working for us and not the purchasers, never once did Paul say to us that’s a good offer and I think you should take it, even though we had multiple offers, he stood by his plan, resulting in a great sale price .
