Pete was a simple choice for us. His ideas around selling our apartment in Balgowlah were logical and made sense. We we're continually updated throughout the sales campaign and nothing was a problem for Pete and his team. I think we actually achieved a great result by trusting his method and approach to the sale. It is tempting to take the "I know better approach " as a seller but we ended up really letting Pete take control and on auction day it all played out as Pete described it to us. We smashed it ! People say houses sell themselves in a strong market, this is true but having someone like Pete on your side maximises your return and makes the process very easy.
