Our experience with Martin has been fantastic. We not only bought our property with him, but sold through him too! During this time we received regular support and assistance with anything to do with real estate (even when he wasn't acting as our agent!) When we put our property on the market it was privately tenanted and we were overseas on a family holiday. Martin managed everything for us from dealing with the tenants, coordinating repairs as well as all of the real estate duties required to sell. Pete was a simple choice for us. His ideas around selling our apartment in Balgowlah were logical and made sense. We we're continually updated throughout the sales campaign and nothing was a problem for Pete and his team. I think we actually achieved a great result by trusting his method and approach to the sale. It is tempting to take the "I know better approach " as a seller but we ended up really letting Pete take control and on auction day it all played out as Pete described it to us. We smashed it ! People say houses sell themselves in a strong market, this is true but having someone like Pete on your side maximises your return and makes the process very easy.
