Jade is a local community member and I have know her through our children’s school for a number of years. It was great to have someone familiar to our family who is local and understands exactly the market conditions that are occurring right now. She guided us through every step and even put provisions into the contract to safeguard against our build completion date getting delayed which actually did happen, and asked us all the right questions to ensure that the contract was made that was going to work best for our circumstances.

Jade was a pleasure to work with from Start to finish. At the appraisal stage Jade was prompt, efficient and gave great advice regarding price expectation and marketing. Once we chose Jade as our preferred agent she made the rest of the process very easy. throughout the process Jade kept us well informed on what was going on and assisted us in sorting out various issues. Our sale had its challenges for Jade. We had tenants moving out at the time as we went off on an overseas trip. The tenants left gear behind which Jade arranged to have removed. There were also a couple of items to get sorted around smoke alarms etc. and Jade arranged having this sorted as well. We received an offer that exceeded our expectations after the 1st open home and the rest is history!! By the time we had returned from our trip the deal was unconditional and progressing toward settlment. I would absolutly recommend Jade as my agent of choice for any future property sales.
