We reached out to Jade 2 years ago and she has always offered to come out and keep us up to date with the market. We've also reached out to other agents in the area and we can confidently say that Jade is the best. What sets Jade apart is that she has taken the time to understand us and offered tailored advice. Her communication has been very impressive, and not once have we felt like she didn't care. Above all, Jade got us a favourable outcome in a very short amount of time. I've recommended Jade prior to selling and having gone through this process with Jade, I will continue to recommend her services.

I cannot rave highly enough about how well Kamal handled the sale of our property. She is very personable and professional, we felt very comfortable with her right away. We have not done this before so had lots of questions about the process. Any questions and updates along the way were answered in a very timely manner.
