Success in a slow market!

Lyn was fantastic from the get go, from her patience with our several sale date changes through to helping shape how we could present our home for sale. Communication was first class with regular updates and feedback from inspections and answering our calls even on her days off. The result, a sale with a figure we were very happy with in a slow market, all within a couple of inspections, 110% would recommend Lyn and her assistant Chloe for the sale of your home. Lyn was exceptional

Lyn was exceptional in selling our existing home and purchasing of our new home. We needed to align our settlement dates which she made possible, even when we had a buyer pull out she managed to find a new one at a higher price within a week. Following this the vendor was quite difficult with delaying settlement. Lyn played a pivotal role in ensuring the vendor left in a timely manner and went above and beyond to ensure this. As Lyn makes things easier I have named my power mop after her.
