She was seen to describe the block to allow us to have ideas on what we can do with our block of land, while taking us for a walk around the area and describing the potential growth of the area to us. In addition, Evelyn was always readily available to communicate and chat with us whenever we have any questions concerning any stage of the process in purchasing our first block. Evelyn also always made us feel really valued considering how many things she is juggling at any one given time, as she was able to always pick up the phone and help us with any questions and concerns we have.

Having quite an extensive experience in dealing with real estate agents over the years, and having many unpleasant experiences with the real estate industry, we believe Evelyn is the cream of the crop and a wonderful example of how an agent should deal with their clients! The whole sale process with her has been smooth, very pleasant and easy for us. Evelyn made extra steps and showed initiative on our behalf and we always felt she had our best interests at heart. She is professional, punctual, efficient, easy to deal with, very hardworking person and always gives an update on the process. The most important thing is that she respects your opinion, listens to you and doesn’t push you to accept any offer for a ‘quick and easy’ sale as most of the agents do.
