Evelyn Duffy - Best agent we have ever dealt with
Evelyn has been the most helpful real-estate agent we have ever dealt with after buying and selling many properties over our life time. She has gone to a great deal of effort to find information on this property for us, including finding trades people for us, gathering information from the local council and helping us with our move. Currently living in NSW, it has been difficult to get to the property to gather information, but Evelyn has been more than willing to do that for us making the transition easy for us. She has shown concern for us as retirees, making sure that we bought into a quite suburb with other older home owners. We feel like Evelyn has become a friend now rather than our real-estate agent. Well done Evelyn - we will be forever grateful for all your efforts.

An amazing experience
Evelyn was there for us right from day one of our search for our new home. She is a dedicated and knowledgeable professional, but at the same time a caring and understanding person who really wants to make the home buying experience as streamlined and as low stress as possible. We recently had the privilege of purchasing a home through Evelyn at Urraween Property Sales. We cannot praise Evelyn enough as she went above and beyond to make our property journey an absolutely wonderful experience. A pleasure to work with
We visited Hervey Bay to celebrate Mother's Day and to look at possible opportunities to buy our first investment property, which we also want to move to when retirement comes. We found a beautiful block of land that we felt in love with. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Evelyn, who was selling it. Working with and getting to know Evelyn has been a great experience. Evelyn came highly recommended and she did not disappoint.
Evelyn is extremely busy but made me feel I was her only client. She made the whole process of selling my home run smoothly obtaining an excellent offer within 2 weeks of going to market. At all points in the process, Evelyn made sure I understood everything. She was totally honest with all she said but secured an offer above my expectations. I always thought selling one's home would be one of the most stressful experiences of one's life but Evelyn has made the entire process very quick and stress free allowing me to look forward to my next exciting adventure.
