When I met Karen I was a bit wary as I have not had any good experience with real estate agents they were pushy and never listened to my opinions, but with Karen she knew the suburb I lived in and knew the amount I could get for my home, over the weeks that my house was on the market she was there for me every step of the way nothing was too much bother for her she made sure I was appraised of every small details and I would recommend her to anyone who wishes to buy or sell a house

Couldn't recomend Karen enough! Karen was very helpful, even before we appointed her as our agent she gave advice on what she thought would get us the best return on fixing up our rental property prior to selling. She called regularly to see how we were getting on and was even able to help with trades people in the area. I knew from the service Karen had given us prior to listing our property with her that she would go that extra mile when it came to selling our house. That she would be the agent that followed up every enquiry and that she did! Karen sold our property within 4 days. We couldn't have been happier!
