Persistence paid off

My husband and I asked Utopia Real Estate to sell our unit in Gosford. They guided us in de-cluttering our unit for photos and went above and beyond to help solve problems in the building and with strata that may have blocked the sale. We were amazed at Adrian’s commitment to continue to sell our property for 13 months in a very slow and challenging market. The end result was we sold our unit for a fair price which will enable us to purchase a house and get a dog.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Utopia Real Estate recently sold my 1 bed unit in Cremorne. Adrian was extremely communicative and stepped me through the process of selling my home as I had never sold a property previously. He made me feel at ease and sold my unit in under 5 weeks.
