About Leasing

Tom’s real estate experience spans over 11 years and has joined the Valley team as our leading Leasing Consultant. Over the years Tom has have worked in several roles within real estate industry, including portfolio management (residential and commercial), business development and leasing. He is a natural-born leader and an expert in negotiation and client management skills. Recently moving from Victoria to NSW to be more closer his family, Tom in his spare time likes to spend time with his partner and family.

About Nicole

Having grown up in Lake Macquarie but now residing in the Hunter Valley region, I have never strayed too far and have made it the place I call home. Growing up in a family of 7, I learnt very early on in life the negotiation and conflict management skills which have helped me become a great Property Manager. Being a very grounded person, I established myself in the Real Estate Industry as a Property Manager 15 years ago. During that time, I have gained extensive training in all areas of Property Management, one of my strengths being detailed knowledge of complex government legislation and how it applies to both landlords and tenants. Being a home owner and an investor myself, I also understand the importance of managing an investment property. I am passionate about not only managing the tenancy and reporting on the condition but providing information on how to best utilize and maximize the potential of your property. Landlords will experience what it feels like to receive the highest standards of service every time.

A truly fantastic agency team!

After having some less than average experiences with agents out of state, when our rental property in Gillieston Heights came up for rent we interviewed so many agents in the area to make sure we were in good hands. BOY did we make a great choice. Nicole and her team at Valley Estate Agents are hands on, proactive and true gatekeepers of our properties. From fast communication to high quality tenants, detail oriented tech based inspections and reporting, as well as the friendly, accountable and accessible team at the ready. I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality, morals and standards of VEA. They are avocators for both tenant and landlord (which is so important), full of up to date knowledge and take the stress out of property investing. Things always pop up with property management, but I feel good knowing that when they have, I know about it quickly with an offer of help and its not swept under a rug which keeps all parties happy. Exceptional property management and seamless support for overseas landlords.

My experience with Eastern Valley Real Estate has been terrific, as they have successfully managed and rented two of my properties while I am living overseas. They maintained excellent communication throughout the process, keeping me fully informed of all viewings and applicant progress. The team expertly managed the open days and handled the entire transition for new tenants, including representing my interests by attending the handover process with the builder. Their proactive approach and professional advocacy have provided complete peace of mind, making the management of my international assets simple and stress-free.

SUPERB service..AMAZING..

NICOLE was on top of the things for our new built. They arranged Photos before the Handover and were already doing inspections. They also arranged other few things like council bins, Gas etc. They were on top of the things, Got us a decent tenants....Highly Recommend them. They are the best in the area.

Makes Being a Landlord Easy - Great Communication and Hassle-Free Management

I’ve had a really great experience with this real estate team as a landlord. Communication has been spot on, they keep me in the loop without overloading me, and I never feel like I’m chasing updates. They’re also very quick to jump on anything that comes up. Whether it’s a maintenance issue or a question from tenants, it gets handled promptly and without fuss, which makes a big difference. What stands out most is that it’s not just one good property manager, the whole team is consistent. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been professional, helpful, and across the details. Overall, they make things easy and take a lot of the stress out of managing a property. Would definitely recommend.
