Tim is a true property professional and has a 23 year track record of industry success. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Property Economics, Tim began his career at Jones Lang Wotton, a multi-national property firm. Tim was responsible for the majority of original sales in many of the prestige buildings in the Sydney CBD. After a long career in the Multinationals and upon reaching his personal goal of being a Director in a Multinational. With a unique insight and understanding of the prestigious Sydney property market, he has built a reputation of integrity and an ability to produce results beyond expectation. Very hard working agent

We had used Travis for several years to rent our property so used him for the sale. I found Travis very knowledgeable on sales in Millers Point. The apartment sold for exactly what he said it would. I'd recommend Travis every time.

Great City Agent

Selling our property with Travis and his team was easy and stress free. Travis has excellent knowledge of the inner city area and he will give you a realistic appraisal and market your property for the best outcome. Vanguard follow up with a call after all viewings to keep the vendor updated and pass on any feed back from potential buyers.
