Generally satisfactory. Not withstanding this, certain improvements in keeping the interest of property owner could have been better. There were occasions when we felt that there was a favorable bias towards the Tenant instead of being fair with the owner at the same time and that cordiality with the property owner could be better. In general, accessibility over the Mobile for quick communication with the Manager was a bit of an issue. In situations where urgent communication needs to be exchanged this could be a potential issue. I guess this is only a fair request considering that the Manger is the first point of contact.
