Fast and Helpful
When i contact them they finalised the contract within few hours, my property is up within 3 working days and we received application on that same weekend. So it took less than 2 weeks from my initial contract with them until tenant successfully moved in to my property. Since I was overseas, The team were also very helpful, they did not hesitate to help with other stuff on my behalf. Professional service and everything was explained properly.

efficient rental agency
The process of advertising the rental property and selecting suitable tenants ran very smoothly. The only hiccup was the use of an outdated advertisement that referred to items no longer included in the rental. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and with the skills and knowledge of the agency.

Moving house doesn't have to be a headache!!
What an amazing team to have supporting you through the trials of moving house. I cannot praise the team at Vivid enough for their commitment, understanding and willingness to go above and beyond to help me into my new property. Georgia was right by my side through every step of what was a highly stressful and emotional time for me her care and understanding can only be praised. Reliable property manager
I've used the same agency for over 10 years now, from when they were still called lj hooker leeming. They manage my parents as well as my investment property very well. Always on top of things. They made sure I'm aware of everything that requires attention. From tenants queries to property majntenance. Highly recommended.
