Dealing with Varun with the sale of our first family home couldn’t have been more professional and informative. Varun is very knowledgeable in the Real Estate Market, from our professional photos and videography for marketing (may I add, phenomenal job of capturing what we first fell in love with when originally purchased. Varun has been only a short call or text away with information on sales in the area and based off his gathered information on when the market would pick back up and surrounding prices and sale. It has been a great experience and pleasure work with Varun from VC property. Varun is very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and especially his attention to details has definitely made a difference. He has the skills and very unique views of marketing the property, about how little things/details can make the differences. He was so efficient in organising everything for the every step of the process that make it seamless and stressless. Great communication and very responsive. From the property hand over to making the house live on market to closing off the deal of the sale, it only took us 2 weeks which was incredible and amazing. In my opinion with the current market conditions, the timing is very critical and also setting up realistic expectations. Varun has definitely done very well in both aspects to achieve the results. I really appreciate all the efforts Varun has input and the all the work him and his team have done back scene. Would highly recommend Varun and his team VC property. VC property might be small in comparing with other agents but it’s boutique!
