He was always friendly but not over the top, well informed, no bullshit , and was genuinely working not only to sell the property but finding the right buyer and working to bring the two together. I engaged Adam to sell my rental property in Neutral Bay whilst living in Perth. I haven’t met Adam in person so interviewed him over the phone numerous times. Adam was competing for my business against the top agents (by volume) in Mosman and Neutral Bay; I ultimately chose Adam due to his approach, negotiating ability and clear determination to get me the best price. My property also needed a personal touch in order to make it as presentable. Adam personally organised and oversaw extensive gardening, maintenance and painting and frankly the property has never looked as good as it did in the advertising and on the open days. He also managed the tenants during all inspections to ensure all proceeded to plan. In the end my decision was correct as Adam secured a cracker result prior to auction. Through Adams dedication and strategy I achieved the highest price the market could bear, and for that I am very grateful. In my quest for an agent I could not find anyone more motivated, honest, skilled and personable– and the end result has proved my faith in Adam correct. I cannot recommend Adam and his team highly enough.
