I would like to thank Adam and the team at Vernon Partners for making the sale of my apartment a relatively simple process - even whilst living interstate. Adam is very professional and friendly in his approach, and kept in contact throughout the process of the sale - nothing was too much of a problem. Thanks again Adam.

We approached Adam for the sale of our home based on the very positive feedback we received from our next door neighbours (both the vendor and the buyer). Being a boutique agent, we believed Vernon Partners could provide us more focused and better customer service than the bigger agents. From the very beginning Adam was very professional, prompt to deal with our queries and overall very easy to work with. He worked very hard to get as many prospect buyers as he could in the door and provided us regular updates after the viewings. The whole campaign and the auction result were huge success. Both my husband and I could not have imagined a better result. We would recommend Vernon Partners to anyone who are looking to sell their property. Meltem and Tom - Cremorne

Adam did a fantastic job! We got the right advice and guidance all the way through. He recommended great stylists, ran an excellent marketing campaign and the unit looked better than it ever had before. When it came to the negotiations he excelled again, keeping us in the loop every step of the way while taking the hard work out of our hands. Overall, Adam and his team at Vernon Partners achieved a better result than we ever imagined. Can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you!

I recently purchased a property through Adam Vernon. From the buyer's perspective, I found Adam a great agent to deal with, he was transparent, provided an actuate price guide and was readily available to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Adam whether you are looking for an agent to sell your property or for an agent to purchase through. Kellie Landrey
