We have experienced buying and selling with Adam and in both instances we were extremely happy with his professionalism, knowledge and the facts he's just a 'nice guy'. He was always willing to go the extra mile for us. We would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a smooth, strong and successful campaign.

Adam Vernon and the Vernon Partners Team provided a high level of engagement from the moment they were invited to submit a proposal. Adam's responsiveness and communication set clear expectations that were met. Adam's negotiation ability on behalf of me as his client was evident as he managed a number of interested buyers to achieve a good sale price. Contracts were exchanged three days after the first open house. Very happy with the result and look forward to working with Vernon Partners in the future.

Adam has an amazing presents about him that we found this would appeal to buyers when selling our property. His honesty, communication and warm personality we felt would make potential buyers for our property feel comfortable when considering our property for purchase. This to us was very critical for an agent to have when representing our property and I believe from our recent sale the buyer was extremely happy. Adam for us was fabulous we were updated every step during our sale and his honesty and extra mile in his service was always there especially after hours for all kinds of enquiries and assistance we needed. The sale strategy Adam and his team used was spot on and in the best interest for all parties. We can not thank Adam and his team enough for our sale result which has made a significant difference for our future and the support given during the time we have been with the agency including as a landlord. You will not be disappointed with Vernon Partners their quality, industry knowledge and personal service is unique and one of a kind.

Adam stood out in a couple of ways from other agents I have dealt with. First, his service ethos is excellent - I never had to chase Adam, he always called when he said he would, he was diligent in following up potential buyers. Second, when we did have a serious prospect, Adam did well to work the price up, even though we effectively only had one bidder. I would happily use Adam as my agent next time I come to sell a property.

I thoroughly recommend Adam Vernon for anyone buying or selling property. Adam's professional approach to every thing he does is outstanding , he took away a lot of my stress, answered all of my endless questions and always responded promptly to my calls. Thank you again Adam. Naoko .

Adam, Jasmina and the rest of the team at Vernon Partners are the quintessential professionals. Adam provided sound market advice with respect to positioning and pricing our property. He was also a very efficient project manager when it came to lining up all of the service providers necessary to get our property ready for sale. Once our property was on the market, the team at Vernon Partners managed the marketing process superbly and didn't just rely on the scheduled viewings to court potential buyers. No surprise, then, that our property was on-the-market for just 10 days before we exchanged contracts for sale. We commend Vernon Partners to everybody contemplating selling a property on the Lower North Shore.

Adam, Jasmina, Shelley & the team were very friendly & were always ready to answer any questions I had about the property I was interested to buy. With Adam's help, negotiation process with the vendor felt much easier & quicker than the experiences I had with other agencies. I was also very impressed with the personal touches I received from Vernon Partners after I bought my dream property. They have certainly proved that they are a force to be reckoned with in the competitive real estate agency business. :)

As a buyer i was very impressed by the service i received from Adam and his agency. Adam ensured that he was always available for questions and also was very helpful in getting the additional information we needed to get about the property to make our decision. Above all he showed credibility in negotiating a price between us and the Vendor. The experience i received from his agency was far superior than the service i got from the Mc Grath and LJ Hooker agencies within the area. Thanks again for your help and honesty!

We bought, as well as sold, through Adam Vernon. Adam is great, professional and highly customer focussed. Appreciate his honesty and feedback.

I have no hesitation in recommending Adam and his team to any prospective seller. The process of getting the house on the market went very smoothly and we got the result we wanted after less than 2 weeks. He kept us informed throughout and we honestly felt we could not have done any better.

Adam is a rare find in the world of real estate agents; honest in opinion with a high ethical sense of of purpose. Adam was relatively new on the Lower North Shore agent scene when we first met him and bought, through him, a property in Mosman. One could see his persona was to give 100% of his time and effort to make the sale happen, not to look to where his next sale would be coming from. We were sufficiently impressed in Adam that we appointed him to sell one of our other properties in Cremorne. We believe Adam has the strength of constitution to continue to place his clients' needs above all else. Over the years we have seen many new real estate entrants start out with the best intentions, but veer down the wrong path. We believe Adam Vernon won't make this mistake.

Adam and his team were both professional and easy to deal with during the sales process. We were impressed by Adam's responsiveness, honesty, integrity and willingness to take calls and have meetings with us outside of business hours. Adam managed our entire sale from beginning to end in just under three days, which is was a phenominal effort by Adam and his team. I would strongly recommend Adam and Vernon Partners to vendors, purchasers and investment property owners alike. Thanks Adam and Vernon Partners!
