Jason and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish. They managed to get all the styling and marketing done with only 2 weeks notice during these chaotic times, listed it and gave me regular updates after every open home. Auction day went absolutely perfect, everyone was engaged, we had a few bidders and Jason’s approach was spot on when we didn’t reach reserve. I decided to pass it in and not sell on the auction day based on his advice which he had already explained to me as a possibility pre-auction and various strategies around it. His entire team worked tirelessly post auction to keep the momentum going and started the negotiation process with the bidders that were at the auction as well as new buyers coming through from open homes post auction. In the end they managed to sell my property for $97,000 more than what we passed it in at the Auction!!! Bravo guys!
