Jason sold our property in Phillip, ACT. Everything went smoothly, from the initial meeting to set expectations, the listing process, open homes, regular updates/reports and communication (written and verbal), exchange of contracts, and finally settlement date. Although we initially scheduled an auction, the property was sold prior to auction for a price we were very happy with. At the outset, Jason was very good in explaining the process to us as first-time sellers, outlining all cost and options, and setting out expectations. He also asked the right questions to understand our priorities and expectations too, and was there to answer any questions that came up along the way. Overall, for what we expected to be a complex and stressful process, we could not expect a better outcome. We were very happy with the service provided by Jason and the team, and would work with them again.

Jason was so helpful with helping to switching agencies. I emailed with our dilemma and he responded with a solution so quickly. After almost 3 months on the market with another agency and limited interest Jason took over the sale and delivered the results he promised with an offer in 2 weeks! He and Brianna were responsive and made a stressful time easier. Highly recommend.
