Jason sold our property in Phillip, ACT. Everything went smoothly, from the initial meeting to set expectations, the listing process, open homes, regular updates/reports and communication (written and verbal), exchange of contracts, and finally settlement date. Although we initially scheduled an auction, the property was sold prior to auction for a price we were very happy with. At the outset, Jason was very good in explaining the process to us as first-time sellers, outlining all cost and options, and setting out expectations. He also asked the right questions to understand our priorities and expectations too, and was there to answer any questions that came up along the way. Overall, for what we expected to be a complex and stressful process, we could not expect a better outcome.
