Professional, Honest and Highly Recommended

Ngoc demonstrated exceptional market knowledge and a strong understanding of the local area. She was always highly responsive to both phone calls and emails. What stood out most to me was her honesty and genuine approach, which gave me confidence that I was in very capable hands. This was not my first experience working with Ngoc. She and her team previously helped my sister sell two properties and achieved excellent results on both occasions. I highly recommend Ngoc and her team for rental appraisals, property sales, and all real estate services.

All things considered decent

Overall, we had a good experience with the agents. They were helpful, responsive, and assisted us throughout the process. Communication was generally smooth and they were approachable whenever we had questions or concerns. There were just a few minor areas that could’ve been improved, but overall we appreciate their support and professionalism.
